Revenue Assurance Manager

Summary:
The Revenue Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and optimization of revenue streams This role involves analyzing financial data, identifying revenue leakage points, implementing controls, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to enhance revenue assurance practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, revenue management, leadership skills, data analysis, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze revenue transactions to identify discrepancies, anomalies, or potential risks.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of revenue recognition and billing processes.

Risk Management:
- Identify areas of revenue leakage, including billing errors, contract discrepancies, and operational inefficiencies.
- Implement controls and procedures to mitigate risks and safeguard revenue streams.

Data Management:
- Collect, validate, and maintain financial data related to revenue streams, contracts, and customer accounts.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to interpret data and generate insights for revenue optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams to streamline revenue processes and resolve issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams for improving revenue assurance practices.

Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue assurance processes, policies, and procedures.
- Drive initiatives to automate manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on revenue performance, trends, and variances.
- Maintain documentation of revenue assurance activities, findings, and recommendations for audit purposes.

Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to revenue recognition and assurance.
- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements affecting revenue assurance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, financial analysis, or auditing roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, experienced on Stripe, PayPal, Open pay
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
