Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will strategically grow OEM partnerships across Aerospace, Defense, Life Sciences, and Telecom sectors. Leveraging your photonics expertise, you will uncover new opportunities and deliver unparalleled technical support. This position offers a chance to drive innovation and impact in a dynamic environment, contributing directly to our client's growth and customer satisfaction.
[Remote] Sales Engineer - (Photonics & technical sales exp req) Responsibilities
• Develop sales, pricing, and product strategies
• Forecast strategic revenue and bookings
• Manage major account business and strategic customer relationships
• Communicate market/customer requirements to cross-functional teams
• Deliver presentations and negotiate profitable contracts
• Identify new product opportunities to cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement strategic account plans for growth
• Build networks for strategic relationship building
• Negotiate proposals for profitable closings
• Manage multi-million dollar accounts
• Perform competitive benchmarking for market knowledge
• Serve as a role model for Quality and Customer Satisfaction
[Remote] Sales Engineer - (Photonics & technical sales exp req) Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science discipline required
• 5+ years of B2B sales/account management experience required
• Photonics experience required
• Competent in full sales cycle experience required
• Ability to travel up to 25% required
