Job Description

Newly Created Role with a 'Making a Difference' type company; major demand for our cancer-treatment ingredients.

Collaborative R&D type atmosphere: we are designing-building-creating State-of-the-Art Modern Equipment that will yield massively larger amounts of our core Pharma-Ingredients.

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Experience working in a Project Management Role where you have overseen the designing and building of Nuclear Accelerator type equipment that produces Radioactive materials.
  • Project Management Training or Certification is preferred (a PMP certification is 'preferred'); Experience creating a formal PMO type structured-communicative environment; A P.E. (professional engineering) Certification is a strong plus.
  • Must enjoy working in a busy environment; Must be experienced at 'Driving' projects forward by gently pushing key-stakeholders for decisions and movement to next steps.
  • Experience working in a Nuclear Engineering Environment (where Radioactive Material is produced); Should be well-versed in the safe construction of accelerators that allow for the creation-build of radio isotopes (or similar) including related Building-Facility issues, problems and goals (such as HVAC); experience with ION accelerators is a big plus.
  • Experience working in a Project Manager, Program Manager or similar role where you have been the key-point-person for the Build-Out and ongoing maintenance of Nuclear Accelerator Equipment that produces power, energy and/or Radio Isotopes.
  • Experience working in a similar role where you are the key-communicator with various key stakeholders (including, and not limited to) internal R&D, Safety, Data Analysis and Reporting, Scientists, Department Heads, Equipment Maintenance Teams, Operations, Vendors, Clients, C-Level and others.
  • Experience with related Risk Analysis, Self-Audits and related documentation and reporting/presentation.
  • Experience with related project metrics reporting and related documentation: equipment and labor budgeting and pricing, timelines/milestones/deadlines, solid Excel (or other spreadsheet reporting tools), vendor analyses, special projects, R&D related metrics, Risk Analysis and other areas; should have experience presenting and explaining your metrics and related project-status reporting.
  • A College Degree (or minor) in Physics, Nuclear Engineering or a related area is preferred.
