Hotel Front Desk Agent Extended Stay

CUSA LLC is a nationally recognized Hospitality and Property Management Company and we are seeking a Front Desk Agent at the Staylodge Extended Stay hotel located at 1271 Antioch Pike in Nashville TN. The hotel currently has 43 units; although it will be expanding to 118 once renovations are complete. The hotel is unique in that it has limited hours of operations and doesn't offer after hours/evening check ins. The hotel maintains a high occupancy with a regular community of long term guests.
The position can be either full or part time. The Front Desk Agent would be responsible for opening or closing the office, handling all guest transactions and performing miscellaneous administrative assignments. throughout their shift Prior hotel experience is not required although it is a plus. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service and communications skills.
