FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER , CPA OFFICE

Small to Medium size CPA firm in East Cincinnati has a full time, full charge bookkeeper position that we are recruiting for. The ideal candidate will have full cycle experience working with multiple clients utilizing QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

Job Duties and Qualifications:

• Perform accounting/bookkeeping and payroll services for clients, preparation of financial statements and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Capable of receiving clients source documents for processing; including adjusting entries through complete financial statements.
• Proficiency using QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online with the ability to teach business owners how to manage their accounting systems
• Must be proficient in Excel and be able to generate & work with worksheets & formulas.
• Knowledge of tax preparation programs is helpful.
• Must have good English skills in both speaking and writing.
• Knowledge of Sales tax, 1099’s, business license, business property statements and other required government, state and city reports.
• Must be a detail orientated self-starter.
• Able to multi-task and be able to work under deadline pressure.

Compensation flexible with experience. This is a direct hire opportunity paying between 42K and 55K annually.
