Job Description
Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Manager (also known as Site Safety Manager, Strategic Initiatives Leader), you'll manage the site safety program, drive housekeeping standards, develop and implement strategic initiatives, and manage employee performance. You'll also play a key role in maintaining positive customer relationships, managing expenses, and ensuring adherence to work schedules.

- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
