KC Complete - Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Focused customer interaction and satisfaction
• Maximize efficiency, revenue, and productivity
• Support service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments
• Review inspection reports from technicians and manage technician time
• Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle

Role is vital to all aspects of the store business and ideas, thoughts, and suggestions will be heard. We look forward to hearing from you!

To succeed in this job, the following experiences and skills are required:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 to 2 years of retail Customer Relations and or Customer Service
• 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent customer service and time management skills
• Maintain professional appearance self and work area
• Perform multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and organized manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build a team and work as a team
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing high-volume environment
• Must be a team player and willing to adapt to operational procedures keeping an eye toward enhancing shop flow and efficiency
