Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

We are seeking a NURSE PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team to a Family Practice clinic integrating holistic and alternative medicine, including natural hormone balancing for men and women

Located in Buckhead

We will train, must be a fast learner and able to multitask and work independently

Must be willing to learn holistic approach to medicine

Athena EMR knowledge a great advantage

IV's and drawing blood a plus

Minimum 2 years family practice experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Smiling, great energy is required  as much as possible

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
• Will be balancing hormones with men and women 
• Prescribing weight loss and other holistic treatments with a combination of conventional medicine

Qualifications:

• At least 2  recent years of experience in primary care settings of mostly adults, few children
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Hardworking
• Punctual
• Documenting in EMR 
• Must have completed FP or PA masters degree and passed required exams or planning to take exams
