Seasonal Work Camper

The Seasonal Work Camper at the RV Park plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility by assisting with various tasks, including housekeeping, administrative work, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a proactive and flexible individual who is willing to contribute to different aspects of park management.

Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping:
   • Perform routine cleaning duties in common areas, restrooms, and rental units.
   • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained to provide a pleasant environment for guests.
   • Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed.
   • Address guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services promptly and courteously.
2. Administrative Work:
   • Assist with front desk operations, including check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries.
   • Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information using the designated software or system.
   • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally and efficiently.
   • Assist in preparing reports, managing paperwork, and performing other clerical tasks as required.
3. Grounds Maintenance:
   • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the RV park grounds, including landscaping, garbage collection, and recycling.
   • Perform minor maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing fixtures, and replacing light bulbs.
   • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor for timely resolution.
4. Customer Service:
   • Provide exceptional customer service to guests by addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
   • Assist guests with navigating the park facilities and amenities, offering recommendations for local attractions and services.
   • Act as a friendly and welcoming presence, fostering a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
5. Other Duties as Assigned:
   • Assist in special projects, events, or tasks as requested by park management.
