Liberty Trail RV, part of the Liberty Trail Holdings dealership group, is seeking an experienced RV Dealership Porter to join our growing team. This role supports our Service, Sales, and Operations departments by ensuring that RVs, the lot, and dealership facilities are clean, organized, and customer-ready.
Position Summary

The RV Dealership Porter is responsible for the safe movement, cleaning, staging, and general upkeep of RV units across the property. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership porter or lot attendant experience and a strong understanding of RVs, towables, and motorized units. This position plays a key role in maintaining a professional and customer-focused dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Move, park, and stage RVs across the lot and service areas
  • Assist technicians with pulling units into and out of service bays
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lot, service drive, and customer areas
  • Wash, detail, and prepare RVs for delivery or display
  • Support inventory management, including unit placement and tagging
  • Perform basic facility maintenance and groundskeeping
  • Ensure safe operation of dealership vehicles, tugs, and forklifts (if certified)
  • Assist the Sales and Service teams as needed with unit setup and tear-down
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications

  • Prior dealership porter, lot attendant, or RV handling experience required
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely back, maneuver, and tow RVs of all sizes
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift operation experience a plus (but not required)
