Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
  • Deliver outstanding service by ensuring every RV is repaired correctly and ready for adventure.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to discuss repair needs, provide accurate labor estimates, and communicate progress.
  • Document all work performed while following dealership policies for accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage repair timelines effectively to reduce customer downtime and maintain high efficiency.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot various technical systems.
  • Reliability and professionalism with an eye for quality work.
  • Eagerness to learn-RV experience is preferred but not required; we provide ongoing training.
  • Prior RV dealership or automotive technician experience (preferred).
  • Certifications in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or appliance repair are a strong plus.
