A day in the life of this role:

Reporting directly to the Controller, your insights and skills will be pivotal every single day. Your role places you at the heart of our financial operations, working hand-in-hand with the CFO to shape our financial landscape. You'll oversee the diligent team responsible for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring precision and efficiency in every transaction. Your contributions will shine during critical times like the monthly close, audits, and the consolidation of financial statements. You'll also play an important role in various high-impact projects, bringing your unique perspective and expertise to the forefront of our financial strategies.

Summary of duties:

• Key member for the month-end close team
• Cost Accounting & Inventory analysis preparation
• Financial Planning and Analysis contributor
• AR/AP staff supervision
• Ad hoc financial analyses and other projects as assigned.

Work environment:

• This position offers a flexible, hybrid position - Work from home 2 days a week/ In office 3 days

Requirements:?

• College Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• AP and AR supervision are a plus.
• Experience with Syteline ERP software is a bonus
• Strong attention to detail; good problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational skills, ability to innovate and automate financial reporting.
