Traveling Superintendent - Apartment, Hospitality & Construction

Expected Commercial General Contracting Experience:

* 5 + years of verifiable experience working as a ground-up construction project superintendent for a general contractor directing all trades

* Experience managing all the CSI Divisions for general commercial construction

* Proven success in completing ground-up $3MM to $20MM projects independently such as Commercial Office Buildings, Corporate Campus Offices, Hospitals, MOB, Healthcare, Specialty Restaurants, Retail Shopping, Big Box, Warehouse, Distribution, Educational (K-12, University & Private), Churches, Government, Hotel, Hospitality, Condominium, Apartments, Assisted Living, Student Housing, Call Centers, Switch Centers, Neighborhood Shopping Centers, Light Manufacturing, Fast Food Restaurants, Parking Structures and other similar General Commercial Building project*
