Job Description

Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate in Intellectual Property & Technology in Washington, D.C.

Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.

Job requires five days a week on-site in Washington, D.C.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field. Applicants with some degree of familiarity with source code are preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
  • The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates.
  • Strong management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and creatively, as well as part of a team.
  • Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) of application.

  • Lead and mentor junior associates, managing cases and ensuring the success of the team.
