Medical Doctor

We are a well-established medical center in beautiful Northern California. We are the leading provider of urgent care and employer services , Occupational health in our region. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic physician for a full-time position as a 1099  contracted provider 

M.D. or D.O. physicians with training in Occupational Medicine , Employer Services and Urgent Care are invited to apply.

Urgent care physicians typically have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Diagnosing and treating illnesses and injuries, including prescribing medications and ordering lab tests as needed
• Discussing options with patients regarding diagnoses and treatment plans, and providing follow up care for chronic health issues
• Performing physical exams and taking medical histories to identify possible causes of illness or injury
• Prescribing medications, treatments, and therapies as needed to treat patients’ injuries or illnesses
• Ordering diagnostic tests such as x-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, and blood tests to aid in diagnosis
• Communicating with other health care providers involved in patient’s care including specialists, nurses, therapists, social workers, etc.
• Providing advice about how patients can improve their health through diet, exercise, stress reduction, smoking cessation, etc.
• Educating patients about their conditions and treatment plans, answering their questions, and providing follow up care
• Performing surgery and other procedures to diagnose and treat patients with severe injuries or illnesses that cannot be treated through less invasive means
