Key Responsibilities:
โ— Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical
examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
โ— Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and other relevant information
in electronic medical records or other documentation systems.
โ— Advising patients on preventative care and optimal health practices
โ— Ensure quality of tests being performed
โ— Analyze and interpret test results i.e. pft, chest x-rays, abiโ€™s, EKGs, etc...
โ— Refer patients for further diagnostic testing as needed
โ— Relay information between clinics and physicians as needed
โ— Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
โ— Doctoral degree (M. D., Doctor of Medicine or D.O., Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
โ— Must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
โ— Prefer Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
โ— Adult and Geriatric patient population experience
โ— Excellent judgment and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously,
and meet deadlines
โ— Detail oriented while maintaining a positive attitude
โ— Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of medical conditions.
โ— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
โ— Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures
