We are a physician-owned and operated family practice with two thriving locations in San Antonio, seeking a compassionate and experienced Board-Certified Medical Doctor (MD) to join our team.
This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As a Medical Doctor in our practice, you will provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population. You’ll work closely with our clinical team, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive and compassionate treatment for every patient.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations, obtain detailed medical histories, and diagnose/treat acute and chronic conditions.
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Provide expert guidance on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness strategies.
  • Supervise and collaborate with practice providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and contribute to clinical protocols and practice standards.
  • Stay current with medical advancements and regulatory requirements through continuing education and professional development.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with CMS and billing standards.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified Medical Doctor (MD) with active Texas medical license.
