Job description

Total Care 2 U is a growing visiting physicians practice providing primary care to homebound and bedbound patients across Texas. We are seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join our team in a 100% remote, telemedicine-only role.

Position Highlights:

  • Work entirely from home
  • Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“5:00 PM
  • No nights, weekends, or call
  • Visits supported by a Medical Assistant in the patientโ€™s home
  • Established and growing provider team (5 MDs, 18 NPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telemedicine visits for homebound patients
  • Manage post-hospital discharge (transitional care) and primary care
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Complete timely documentation in the EMR

Requirements:

  • MD or DO (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred)
  • Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • Comfortable with telemedicine and team-based care
