Responsibilities● Meet virtually (Zoom) with hiring managers and candidates to understand needs
● Learn to source, screen, and match candidates to roles
● Build long-term client and candidate relationships through consistent follow-up
● Stay current on hiring trends and recruitment tools
● Collaborate remotely with a supportive team toward shared placement goals
Key Responsibilities● Communicate with clients/candidates via phone, email, and Zoom
● Respond to hiring inquiries and coordinate interviews
● Present job opportunities clearly and professionally
● Guide candidates through application, screening, and onboarding
● Maintain accurate pipeline and requirement records
● Participate in ongoing training
