Our BRAND NEW Manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park, Arizona is hiring!

We are excited to hire skilled Machine Operators (Thermoforming/Vacuum Forming) to join our team at Jacuzzi Group, a leading manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, baths, showers, saunas, and pool equipment, known for delivering innovative and high-quality wellness products.

Job Responsibilities:

Operate thermoforming/vacuum forming machines to produce acrylic parts according to specifications
Set up and adjust machine settings, such as temperature, speed, and pressure based on products
Monitor machine operation and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Responsible for changing the molds and adjusting gripping clamps to fit acrylic sheet size.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st shift
Pay: $23/hr + based on experience

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of Machine Operating experience. Previous experience operating thermoforming/vacuum forming machines is highly preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Good communication skills
Physical ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required (75lbs)
