Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers for our steel pier installation projects. As a Steel Pier Installer, you will play a crucial role in assisting our experienced crew with various tasks involved in the installation and maintenance of steel piers. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in outdoor environments and may involve heavy lifting, digging, and operating machinery.

Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hour (depending on experience)

Hours: 7a-5pm Monday - Thursday

Location: Littleton, CO (NOT BUS ACCESSIBLE - must have car)

**Responsibilities:**

Assist in the setup and preparation of work sites for steel pier installation projects.
Carry out manual labor tasks such as digging trenches, excavating, and backfilling.
Transport and load/unload materials and equipment as needed.
Follow instructions from the lead installer and work collaboratively with the team.
Operate hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.

**Qualifications:**

Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required (not bus accessible).
Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
Ability to pass background, drug, and MVR screenings
