About the Position: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) is currently recruiting for a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional with supervisory experience to join its Duncan satellite!  . They are looking for a therapist to provide services to adults. Job Type/Salary:

• Annual Salary is $75,000+ depending on ODMHSAS tensure, licensure and certification.
• Location: Duncan, OK
• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Total Compensation range is $88,207 to $100,599, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary, retirement, and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits and doesn’t include shift differentials.
• FLSA Status: Exempt

Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours!

• Evening – extra $3.75 hr.
• Nights – extra $6.00 hr.
• Weekends – extra $9.00 hr.
• Holidays– extra $3.00 hr.

On Call: Receive $1.00 per hour when on call.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• LBHP: Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field; and must be a practitioner with a license to practice in the state issued by one of the following licensure boards:  Psychology; Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC, LADC/MH).

Special Requirements:

• Willing to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with position, e.g., attend training etc.  Must maintain a valid driver’s license; and
• Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director.

About us: Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center in Lawton, OK is a community-based center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment. The inpatient and outpatient services they provide include special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, seniors and older adults, women, men, and criminal justice groups.

Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-Placement Testing:  Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.
