Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Utility Operator include but are not limited to:
Essential Duties/Description of Job:
Operate forklifts in accordance with SFI forklift certification program. Moves various material throughout factory.
Operate steam cleaner to clean parts for powder coat processes. Verify chemical concentrations to ensure proper cleaning of parts.
Grind welds per print requirements. Remove slag and buff parts as required.
Operate shotblast equipment.
Load and unload small paint, line large paint line, plasma, and laser.
Operate shotblast equipment.
Complete all required paperwork.
Lift and move heavy parts.
Other Functions:
Other duties as assigned by Work leader, Forman, and Operations Manager.
