Seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish. With a minimum of 5 years' experience, you will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan, organize, and supervise projects.
- Site Supervision: Monitor progress, safety, and quality.
- Team Leadership: Manage on-site staff and subcontractors.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control project expenses.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records and reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in construction management.
- Proven track record in project leadership.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
