Position Summary
The Workforce Development Coordinator is a pivotal role within the Early Excellence Project, tasked with managing critical elements of the business stabilization program aimed at enhancing childcare site operations in Allegheny County. This includes offering comprehensive support for childcare site licensure and accreditation processes. The ideal candidate will not only sustain but elevate the standards of organizational efficiency and productivity by supporting the Director in maintaining and updating detailed project management checklists and timelines.
The Coordinator will be responsible for meticulously organizing and managing files and documents to ensure that childcare sites attain and uphold their accreditation. A strong emphasis is placed on exceptional project management skills to adeptly handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The role demands a high level of competence in using various technology platforms and tools to streamline processes and enhance communication.
Key to this position is the ability to build and maintain robust relationships with all stakeholders involved, including childcare providers, regulatory bodies, and internal team members. This role requires a proactive approach to navigate complex scenarios and foster partnerships that support the strategic objectives of the project.
Additional duties may include data analysis, reporting, and contributing to the development of training materials and presentations, underscoring the need for a versatile skill set and adaptability.
