Accounting Manager / Bookkeeper

Luxury Design Firm is looking for a full-time Procurement and Accounting Manager for Scottsdale luxury-based interior design firm!

Be a Pivotal part of a creative team creating beautiful environments for others.

Experience within the construction and design industry is highly desired! This position requires the knowledge and discipline to navigate between the roles of Accounting, Production, Human Resources and Office Operations.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable
• Monthly Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
• WIP
• Sales Tax Reporting
• Purchase Orders/ Order Tracking
• 1099 Reporting

Office Operations + Human Resource Responsibilities:

• Annual Insurance Audit
• Develop + Implement + Evolve Office Processes and Procedures
• New Hire Orientation
• Client Contracts

Knowledge of:

• Interior design and/or construction industry
• Studio Designer
• Microsoft Office 365; Excel, Word, Outlook
• Windows + Mac systems
