Job Description
We are seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to become a part of our team! You will supervisor up to 20 direct reports. Team will perform necessary work to keep distribution center running.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain building and material handling equipment for the day to day operations: PM maintenance schedules and track cost of repairs and equipment usage.
- Maintain and implement a safe working environment, housekeeping, and ensure compliance with all governmental agencies.
- Negotiate and re-negotiate service contracts with vendors.
- Gather quotes for planned projects.
- Work with IT and Engineering Department on plant projects.
- Support management in on time deliveries, projects, and overall growth.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required with AAS or trade school preferred
- 2 years maintenance experience required
- 2 years leadership experience required
