Experienced Landscape Architect

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect in Texas with 8+ years of total experience
• 2+ years’ experience as a Project Architect
• Proficient in Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
• Strong understanding of Project Management basics, including scheduling, budgeting, team coordination, subconsultant coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Demonstrated design sensibility
• Experience in reviewing drawing sets, conducting QAQC reviews, clash detection exercises, and coordinating full drawing sets for construction
• Organized and self-directing, comfortable working with considerable autonomy
• Capable of managing/delegating drafting tasks on projects

Additional qualifications:

• LEED accreditation is a plus (LEED AP BD+C or other certification)
• Experience guiding project(s) through the City of Austin development process is a plus
• Experience on large, complex projects is a plus
• Experience with public clients (city, county, and state agencies) is a plus
• Experience with airport projects is a plus
