Social Media Manager (Entertainment)

They are looking for a Social Media Manager with a focus on entertainment accounts, someone who loves bringing stories to life through social media.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing innovative, engaging social media campaigns across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the Strategy, Creative, and Production teams at every phase of the campaign.
• Facilitate and maintain communication between external and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Account Leads to manage assets and achieve daily goals.
• Maintain social content calendars, including writing, reviewing, and editing copy and creative assets.
• Develop strategies for talent activations, sweepstakes/contests, and digital activations.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for various campaigns.
• Lead projects on reporting and analytics.
• Provide input on paid media campaigns as required.
• Stay updated on trends, best practices, competitive activities, and industry leaders to leverage technology and applications effectively.

Requirements / Preferences

• Strong copywriting skills.
• Previous experience with reporting and calendar planning is highly desirable.
• 3+ years of experience leading campaigns within the social media space in an agency environment.
• 3+ years of experience working across social media campaigns, specifically in entertainment, TV, and gaming.
• Expertise in internet and pop culture.
