Explore Industries is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Field Services Coordinator to join our team. This onsite position is in Knoxville, TN, on our Corporate and Manufacturing Island Campus.

The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating repairs on products manufactured by Explore Industries. This customer focused role includes the collection of information for assessment and planning; scheduling and dispatch of the work orders; providing frequent feedback to the customer to keep them up to date on work status and following up with them on their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for the Field Services Coordinator role will need to take great pride in providing the best service and will continuously stride at reaching perfection, have superb communication skills, and enjoy working as a collaborative team.

Additional essential responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure proper invoicing of after-sales repair inquiries.
• Coordinate with legal team to ensure positive resolution of critical situation.
• Collaborate with internal departments.
• Maintain KPIs to measure the performance.
• Assist in scheduling work orders for the field service technical staff.

Required Qualifications (We would like our Field Services Coordinator to have at least these minimum skills & experience)

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years’ experience with a focus around customer service.
• Experience within a similar industry or trade (pools, composite products, auto body,
  building trades).
• Customer focused mindset aimed at continuously improving customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with ability to develop deep and trusting relationships both internally and externally.
• Extensive professional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and customers.
• Ability to function in a fast pace, intense environment.

Preferred Skills (We would be excited to hear if you also have the following experience)

• Solid knowledge and technical skills background of the fiberglass pool industry.
