Job description

Parking Field Operations Representative

The Parking Field Operations Representative performs ticketing and clerical duties in support of Parking Services; to patrol University facilities for parking violations; to assist other staff members; to provide fill in support.

Position Number: S77130

This position is a Grade: 5 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $26,600 - $33,840 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol university facilities to monitor parking compliance and issue citations when necessary
  • Perform clerical duties supporting Parking Services operations
  • Assist team members with daily operational tasks
  • Provide backup support across various parking functions
  • Interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and visitors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-1 years of related work experience
  • Ability to walk extensively and work in various weather conditions
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with the campus community
  • Basic computer skills for record keeping and reporting
