Field Operations Representative

Location and hours
  • Based in San Francisco Bay Area to be able to travel to our customer sites on a daily basis | 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Work schedule may vary based on business needs)
Job Responsibilities:
As our field operations account representative, you will be expected to visit stores on a regular basis to inspect products, product displays and develop strong relationships with existing clients and accounts, to maximize profitability within your sales territory. As a field operation representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service along with pristine knowledge of all products, sales, promotions, and services.
  • Visit stores on a regular basis to inspect products and product displays.
    • Develop and maintain strong in-store relationships with key individuals to drive and grow business.
    • Collaborate with team and other company associates and provide customer insights.
    • Perform and log site inspections, including ongoing sampling for quality to provide feedback to operations team.
    • Conduct competitive research and visit potential new partner locations.
    • Analyze and observe sales reports to provide insights and observations to teammates.
    • Attend and provide updates during team meetings and participate in ongoing trainings.
  • Stay up to date with current and future products, as well as competitive products.
  • Provide administrative support on an as-needed basis, such as preparing production sheets and handling daily ordering during coverage periods.
  • Monitor communication and promptly respond to calls and emails.
  • Evaluate customer's needs as well as sales strategies effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, Bachelors or some College Preferred
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service/ Sales Experience required
  • Driver's License
  • Must have own vehicle
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service/ Sales Experience preferred.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Sushi lover preferred
  • Travel Required: Travel Required 75%.
