The Role
This is not a coordinator role.This is a field leadership role responsible for:
- Leading and developing crews
- Driving production performance
- Hiring, training, and holding team members accountable
- Executing at a high level-daily
You will be the leader of our field team.

- Recruit, hire, and onboard painters and crew leaders
- Train and develop team members into top performers
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and pride
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and coaching

- Ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget
- Maintain high-quality standards across all projects
- Solve problems quickly in the field-without excuses
- Support Project Managers and ensure seamless execution
