Lotus Media Group is seeking a Multimedia Advertising Communications Specialist
Job Overview: As a Multimedia Advertising Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team in the advertising department. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and execution of multimedia advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales representatives, and creative teams. This role requires a blend of administrative skills, communication abilities, a strong understanding of multimedia advertising platforms and effective advertising layout.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry:
- Ensure that advertising sales orders are entered into production on-time and accurately for all media forms.
Client Interaction:
- Communicate with clients to gather advertising information and materials for ad production.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals and presentations, ensuring alignment with their marketing goals.
- Participate in key client planning sessions as needed.
Sales Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information and advertising history.
- Keep the sales team informed on upcoming sales opportunities and deadlines.
- Prepare reports for sales representatives.
- Set-up client meetings
Campaign Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as creative, production, and marketing, to ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and track the progress of advertising campaigns, providing regular updates to clients and the sales team.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of advertising contracts, invoices, and other necessary documentation.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving advertising strategies based on market research.
Communication:
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address concerns, answer queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to relay client feedback and preferences.
Multimedia Platform Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of various multimedia advertising channels, including print, digital, social media, and broadcast.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in multimedia advertising.
- Understand effective advertising layout for print, digital, radio and be able to proof creatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Positive, constructive attitude and presence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with multimedia advertising platforms and terminology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work in the office 100% of the time.
