Job Description

Company Overview:

Our client is a well-established Plaintiffs' Personal Injury Law Firm located in Clifton, New Jersey. It prides itself on providing exceptional legal services to its clients, and it is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with attorneys in managing personal injury cases
Proficiently handle litigation procedures
Conduct legal research and stay abreast of relevant case law
Utilize PC Law and Needles software effectively
Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
Maintain organized case files and documentation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a plaintiff personal injury paralegal
Strong familiarity with legal research and case management
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Strong proficiency in handling depositions and demand packages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Spanish is a plus
