Job Description

The beauty of our organization is every one of our Marketing Assistants have been developed from the ground floor to where they are today. Currently, we’re looking for motivated individuals to learn the in’s and out’s of our sales & marketing process. We have one of the highest commission plans in the industry. Our entry level management training program allows you to start as a sales and marketing assistant, then learn to interview, train and develop others! This allows you to build your own future and gives you freedom of time and freedom financially. Whether you want to travel the nation or work locally, we have the ideal position for you!

Primary responsibilities include:

Learn our sales and marketing systems
Provide insight to prospective and existing clients
Sales demonstrations to potential clients
Development training

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Confidence in public speaking
Working well within a team environment
Open-minded to being educated
Love for human interaction
Desire to mentor others

All positions are FULL TIME. Expansion and growth opportunities within management are also available. We are looking specifically for someone with great work ethic that wants to grow with the company.
