We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with openings at our new Capacity Truck facility in Blaine. We are looking for Diesel Technicians for our Capacity Truck Shop. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has mechanical aptitude, (experience as a truck mechanic preferred) willing to train, and has a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULES:

Monday- Friday, 1st Shift, 7am- 5pm

The essential duties include:

• Performs repairs/services on spotter diesel trucks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
• Inspect the overall condition of Truck to ensure that they meet U.S. Department of Transportation's safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports detailing their findings
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Ensure the final work product meets quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers
