This means you will be calling, emailing, texting, etc., to keep in contact with anyone who has shown interest in becoming a patient of ours, as well as contacting patients who have not been keeping up with their appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients from lead-generated software who inquired about our services and convert them into patients.
- Contact patients who have not kept up with their treatment plan.
- Keep detailed records of contacts.
Requirements:
- Have a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
- Be a team player
- Must be detail-oriented
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience preferred
