Joining as an IT/Cybersecurity/Cloud Specialist within our Military Spouse Transition to Tech Program, you'll interact with a wide range of clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless IT system operations.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support: Offer expert assistance to clients in resolving IT issues, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing system performance.
• Ensuring cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard systems, networks, and data against cyber threats and breaches.
• Managing cloud infrastructure: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud services to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Client interaction: Engage with a diverse clientele, understanding their IT needs, providing solutions, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• System optimization: Continuously assess and improve IT infrastructure, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Training and guidance: Provide guidance and training to clients and colleagues on IT best practices, cybersecurity protocols, and emerging technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to deliver seamless IT operations and support.

Requirements:

• Military affiliation: Military Spouse
• Technical expertise: Proficiency in IT systems, cybersecurity protocols, and cloud computing technologies.
• Certification: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, Microsoft.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders effectively.
