ONE Elite Staffing has partnered with City of Dallas and is seeking a Housing Records Specialist
HOUSING RECORDS SPECIALIST
Duties:
Duties:
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers regarding loan agreements, deeds of trust, deed restrictions and any other liens placed on real property by the Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Department.
- Coordinating and maintaining grant program records.
- Respond to internal and external request for information and documentation.
- Ensure that all records are properly cataloged, labeled, and stored according to established protocols.
- Provide support in auditing and assessing compliance with established record management policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews and evaluations of records to ensure data accuracy and quality.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.
- Preparing and maintaining daily logs, records, activity, documentation, and reports.
- This position reports to the Lien Portfolio Manager.
Requirements and skills:
- Must be experienced in navigating legal documents.
- Must enjoy working in a repetitious environment.
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Degree in human services, social work, or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years proven experience in a housing services program.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Record-keeping experience is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Top-notch verbal communication skills.

- Ability to pass a background check with no FELONY or Class A/B MISDEMEANOR(s).
- Ability to pass a drug test.
