Note: We will pay $17/hour base (3,000) for your first 90-days. This will be a draw against commissions earned while you learn and build your own pipeline. This position offers commissions and bonuses (dependent upon your production).

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri)

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking to add a sales consultant professional to our team. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual that is looking to grow with a strong company and to help drive sales and revenue. We offer exclusive warm leads generated by marketing, paid training, high commission splits, monthly incentives (i.e. Bonuses) and on-going training and development opportunities for career advancement.
Job Responsibilities
- Must have the ability to handle pre-qualified leads, educate clients on financial solutions, and explain program options to resolve their debt
- Must take applications over the phone and utilize tools/spreadsheets to close deals
- Diligently update all lead file notes and provide ongoing status updates in the company system
- Screen new clients, answer phones (incoming leads) and manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Follow up with your pipeline and ensuring its always filled and active
- Monitoring sales numbers and metrics carefully
- Consistently follow all Company policy and procedures
- Adhere to all compliance regulations and requirements
Work Experience: Qualifications and Skills
- Must have at least 1 year of recent sales experience
- Customer Service, Mortgage, personal loan or debt settlement/resolution experience (preferred)
- Passionate and highly motivated to sell and find solutions to satisfy customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resilience and willingness to deal with rejections
- Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player
- Must have strong computer and typing skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals
- Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies
- Professional, organized, reliable and strong time management skills
