Front of House Manager

Bain BBQ is the heart of authentic Texas BBQ, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our dedicated team as our Front of House Manager. If you love BBQ, are passionate about great food and want to be part of a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the front-of-house staff, including servers and bartenders
• Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Train new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous Front of House or BBQ experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Dedication to food quality and control.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
