Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed to Apply:

• Must have or be willing to get your Alaska Real Estate License.
• Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals.
• Comfortable and able to meet and interact with new people.
• Professional in appearance and attitude.

• Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
• Self-motivated, self-managed, creative, assertive and accountable.
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
• Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
• Desire to participate in career and personal development on growth-oriented team.
• Must be a high-school graduate and at least 18 years of age.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.

Up to $225,000.00 per year
