Job Description

Our client is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join their growing company. This is a Direct Hire position.

$50k Annually

Markham , Ontario

Benefits: Group Benefits

Shift: Morning

Responsibilities:

Day to day procession of AP and AR
Verify compliance of transactions with financial policies and procedures
Establish strong relationships with vendors and clients
Investigate and resolve customer queries (reconciling accounts and processing adjustments)
Provide various analysis reports on customer activity as requested
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

3 yrs Full-cycle Accounting
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Expert with MS Office suite
Hands on experience with Sage and ACCPAC
Strong written and Oral communication
