Office Administrator - Tax Center

TFO is currently seeking an experienced administrator for our Tax Center to help our Firm deliver on our goal of helping families by Connecting Wealth and Purpose®.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating internal & external meetings and conference calls
• Compiling electronic and/or hard copy materials for clients
• Timely tracking and completion of SalesForce Tasks & Processes
• Processing tax payments
• Electronic and paper processing & filing of returns
• Agency/State/Federal correspondence
• Drafting exhibits and generating invoices
• Client termination letters
• Expense reporting
• Invoice follow-up
• Tracking CPE Training
• Coordinate tax events for training, busy season kickoff, socials, etc.
• Attend monthly Support Team meeting
• Assist with administrative and clerical projects as assigned
• Coordinating travel for advisors as needed

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task in supporting different advisors across financial planning, investment management, estate planning, tax and family office services
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Outstanding analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Word
• Confidence to work closely with advisors and clients to execute various tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong self-review skills
• Can adeptly handle quick turnaround tasks and varying priorities at the same time
