About the Role:
Ethos Auto Body, LLC is seeking a skilled Auto Collision Estimator to join our team. This role requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive excellence. You will be at the forefront of our customer service experience, providing accurate repair estimates and ensuring a smooth repair process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive collision estimating.
- Proficiency in Estimating software, particularly CCC.
- Experience working with Insurance Providers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service ability.
- A NY State Estimator Licence is a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Creating accurate repair estimates for vehicles.
- Developing repair plans in accordance with manufacturers' repair procedures.
- Conducting photo documentation of the repair process and parts replacements, where necessary.
- Demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate with insurance companies to submit estimates and supplements.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of vehicle anatomy.
- Understanding Repair Procedures and how to implement these when negotiating with Insurance Carriers to reach the agreed price for vehicle repairs.
