Job Description:

A leading owner of 12 Laundromats across Broward and Palm Beach counties, is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance/Cleaning Manager to oversee the maintenance and cleaning operations across all our locations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, clean, and in optimal condition to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and Management:

Oversee a team of maintenance and cleaning staff across all 12 locations.
Ensure employees adhere to company standards and procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations at each site.
Provide training and guidance to staff as needed.
Facility Maintenance:

Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate with the handyman for repairs and maintenance work.
Address any maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and equipment for maintenance tasks.
Cleaning Standards:

Establish and maintain high cleaning standards across all locations.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure cleanliness and sanitation are maintained.
Monitor cleaning activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
On-call Support:

Be available for on-call support during nights and weekends to address any urgent maintenance or cleaning issues.
Coordinate with staff to respond to emergencies promptly.
Vehicle Management:

Utilize personal vehicle for traveling between locations.
Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and properly equipped for transportation needs.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in maintenance or cleaning services.
Strong knowledge of maintenance and cleaning procedures.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with staff and management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
