Leasing Agent

We are looking for a Full-Time Leasing Agent to show our Class A and B Properties. Looking for a top-notch A player to join our team. Must be willing to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Serves as the front line face of 901 Real Estate Services for all incoming clients and prospective residents
• Process new leads and follow up on existing leads
• Show prospective residents on a daily basis
• Coordinate collaborative property marketing efforts with the Marketing Manager
• Assist in performing property inspections including but not limited to pre-move-out/transfer, post-move-out, and pre-move-in quality control inspections

• Leasing/Property Management experience is preferred
• Sales background is preferred
• Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
• Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Google Chrome and using Google Search
• Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be quick in all leasing aspects as this is a fast-moving position
