Compensation: Commission-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain solid partnerships with investors and their associates.
• Handle negotiations related to pricing, terms, and conditions, locate new prospects, and discuss properties with potential buyers to enhance inventory turnover.
• Craft and execute strategic sales plans for various properties.
• Oversee several property listings concurrently.
• Design and apply marketing tactics to expedite property sales at optimal prices.

• Participate in networking occasions, conferences, and other relevant professional gatherings to expand your network and attract new business leads.
