IHH Team Leader
- Part-Time
Responsibilities: Assumes overall responsibility for leadership, vision, direction and daily supervision of the Integrated Health Home Program designed to serve young adults through geriatric clients with chronic mental illness and co-occurring addictive disorder. The Team Leader ensures full ACT model fidelity, while also promoting full programmatic adherence to FHR clinical, managerial, financial, and administrative practices.
Schedule: 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday shifts rotating clinical/supervisory on call.
Qualifications: The IHH Team Leader holds a license in one of the following discipline categories:
A. Physician or Psychiatrist
B. Licensed Psychologist (Doctorate Level)
C. Licensed Clinical Social Worker
D. Licensed Professional Counselor
E. Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist
F. Certified Clinical Supervisor
as well as Masters degree in a human service field, with one year of post-graduate accumulated supervised experience working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness and dual disorders, or similar target population. Prior staff management experience is desired.
