The Opportunity


As a Wholesale Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s wholesale business, including managing and growing existing accounts and recruiting new business. Your role is crucial in creatively and consistently driving the growth of the wholesale channel by developing and executing strategies that align with the company’s goals of being where she is and making her life easier.

Description

  • Implement and evolve a comprehensive strategy for the wholesale channel that includes sales targets, growth objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing wholesale accounts to provide exceptional customer service and aggressively achieve and/or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and prospect new wholesale accounts within the United States, targeting retail stores, boutiques, hospitals, and other relevant establishments.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives and partner assortment.
  • Monitor wholesale performance, analyze sales data, and optimize strategies based on insights gained from analytics and reporting, and make recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Lead and manage the External Channels Assistant, ensuring they are trained, developed, and motivated by setting goals, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Identify opportunities for relevant industry events and tradeshows to develop a strong presence in the maternity and baby community
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in wholesale client management, B2B marketing, and a track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Experience in medical sales is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data in a systematic manner.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $70,000-105,000 Annually. Additional compensation potential beyond base salary based on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
